I kdyby banky v kone\u010dn\u00e9m d\u016fsledku p\u016fj\u010dovat cht\u011bly, slo\u017eit\u00e1 legislativa jim to neumo\u017e\u0148uje. V\u00fdhody nebankovn\u00edch \u00fav\u011br\u016fNebankovn\u00ed instituce na probl\u00e9mov\u00e9 \u017eadatele \u010dekaj\u00ed doslova s otev\u0159enou n\u00e1ru\u010d\u00ed. Pokud v\u00e1m tedy \u017e\u00e1dost v bance nevy\u0161la, je mo\u017en\u00e1 na\u010dase zam\u00ed\u0159it do nebankovn\u00edho sektoru. Ten je v mnoh\u00fdch ohledech k \u017eadatel\u016fm p\u0159\u00edstupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Dokonce maj\u00ed slitov\u00e1n\u00ed i pro \u017eadatele, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou schopni z jak\u00e9hokoliv d\u016fvodu dolo\u017eit v\u00fd\u0161i sv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f.
